Highlands Civil & Water was founded by Max Mauger, an experienced earthmover, and Lachy Dickson, a licensed plumber - two directors with a shared vision: to deliver top-tier civil construction projects built on integrity, precision, and pride in workmanship.
Based in the Southern Highlands and servicing clients across NSW, our team combines extensive on-site experience with modern systems, machinery, and processes to ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.
